About Me
Hi there! I’m Annie Paxson, and I usually go by "cabbage" online. I'm a lifelong resident of South Jersey and graduated from Stockton University with a Bachelor of Fine Arts and a minor in art history in 2024. I specialize in cartoon illustration and am skilled in other mediums such as comic book creation and oil painting.
I’m the author of an original comedy adventure science-fiction comic called Doc and Maya, and I've worked with clients on custom character commissions, and professional graphic design and exhibit layout for the Elmwood Park Zoo and Live! Casino, and have experience in book layout including graphic novels.
I love using illustration to combine and experiment with different methods of creating, and I’m a big fan of using digital collage with photographs to make a contrast between the real world and cartoonish figures and shapes.

Doc and Maya are a pair of science-loving best friends ready to take on any and every adventure! But when they’re getting ready to observe an epic meteor shower, their landlord sticks them with babysitting duty, and little robot QB is determined to have an adventure of his own.
As if things couldn’t get any lamer, Cosmic Coffee, an intergalactic café chain, crash lands on Earth and starts serving up fresh and hot drinks with a sinister ingredient!
Can Doc and Maya stop an alien invasion and save the world before QB’s bedtime?

My artwork may be used anywhere as long as I am given proper credit. I accept half payment before beginning a commission and the second half upon completion. I reserve the rights to a piece and the right to deny a commission for any reason.
